Prayer Plant | Maranta 'Fascinator' Leuconeura

// The Maranta 'Fascinator' Leuconeura prayer plant (AKA Herringbone plant) are named due to their habit of folding their leaves closed each night and pointing the leaves upwards during the day. This behaviour is called nyctinasty, and it's common in all prayer plants in response to light.

Prayer plants prefer a more humid environment and will do well in bathrooms and kitchens.

Water your prayer plant when the surface of the soil is dry but be careful not to overwater as these beauties don't like sitting in water.

Comes in a 12cm pot and is approximately 25-30cm tall.
