An authentic Highland botanical fragrance filled with sweet, resinous warmth and the earthy character of wild peatland herbs. Scottish bog myrtle, also known as sweet gale, combines with earthy moss to create a distinctive scent inspired by the untamed landscape of the Highlands.

The Craft: Hand-poured in small batches in our workshop on the west coast of the Scottish Highlands.
The Story: Inspired by wild Highland glens and the sweet, aromatic character of bog myrtle growing across the surrounding landscape.
The Finish: Presented in our signature amber glass, finished with an aluminium lid.

THE BOTANICAL RECIPE

All of our luxury candles are hand-blended and individually poured in small batches in our Scottish Highlands workshop using a premium, clean-burning natural wax blend and fine-grade aromatic oils.

  • 160g Medium Candle: Finished with a single cotton wick, offering a clean, room-filling fragrance throw and a burn time of up to 45 hours.
  • 420g Large Candle: Finished with three cotton wicks for an even, balanced burn and a burn time of up to 55 hours.
  • Apothecary Vessel: Presented in dark amber glass jars with our signature brushed aluminium lid.

ARTISAN BURN CARE

To get the most from your hand-poured candle, follow these care guidelines for optimal scent performance and safety.

  • Initial Burn: Allow the melted wax pool to reach the edge of the container during the first burn to help prevent tunnelling.
  • Wick Maintenance: Trim the cotton wick to approximately 5mm before each burn to help reduce soot and maintain a stable flame.
  • Safety: Never leave a burning candle unattended. Always place it on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from draughts, children and pets. Extinguish the candle when the remaining wax is less than 10mm deep.

UK delivery via Royal Mail is free on orders over ÂŁ25, and just ÂŁ4.50 for orders under. Every order is carefully packed using paper-based, eco-friendly packaging.
