Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days. You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships.

We hand-pour and pack every order from our workshop in Roshven, Scotland.

UK delivery via Royal Mail is free on orders £25 and over, and £4.50 on orders under £25.

If you change your mind about a purchase, you can notify us within 14 days of receiving your order that you'd like to return it. Once you've notified us, you then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

For change-of-mind returns, return postage is the customer's responsibility. Items should be returned in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging.

To start a return, email us at hello@theplantworkshop.co.uk with your order number.

Package your items securely and return them by post. We recommend using a tracked postal service and obtaining proof of postage.

For change-of-mind returns, return postage is the responsibility of the customer. There is no restocking fee.

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return postage costs where a return is required.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method.

Where applicable, we will also refund the cost of our standard delivery service originally paid on your order. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, any additional cost above our standard delivery charge will not normally be refunded.

Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@theplantworkshop.co.uk, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging where appropriate. We'll help put things right.
