Delivery is free on orders over £49 or only £6.99.
We carefully package your items and deliver them to you via DPD. We're currently dispatching on Tuesday each week, using a next-day service with DPD. Smaller items, such as candles are dispatched using Royal Mail.

Delivery is £6.99 or free on orders over £49

We're currently dispatching on Tuesday each week. Items are sent each Tuesday using a next-day service with DPD. Smaller items will be sent via a tracked Royal Mail service.

We're currently dispatching on Tuesday each week. Items are sent each Tuesday using a next-day service with DPD. Smaller items will be sent via a tracked Royal Mail service. 

Depending on the size and quantity of items you purchase, we'll either use DPD or Royal Mail to deliver your items.

For both DPD and Royal Mail we use a tracked service. Once your items are dispatched, you'll receive tracking information from either DPD or Royal Mail. Check your junk or spam folders as ocassionaly our emails end up in there (cheeky!)

If you don't receive anything, fear not - contact us and we'll help!

You can contact DPD directly through your tracking information, however, both DPD and Royal Mail will leave a card for you to either re-arrange delivery or collect your items from their depot.

If you're ever having trouble with your delivery, please get in contact with us and we'll help you.

We do! You can Click & Collect from our Billingham store (in TS23 4AZ). Simply place your order online, select 'collection' and you can collect your items during our normal opening hours.

If you see an item that's available in any other store, please get in touch and we'll gladly transfer it to your closest store for you or deliver it (subject to delivery charges).

No problem! You can make changes to your order up until dispatch, which is every Tuesday. Get in touch with us and we'll help!

This is frustrating and we're sorry your order hasn't arrived. Check your email junk or spam folder for tracking information from DPD or Royal Mail, however if it's not there then drop us a message here or phone us on +44 (0)7791 337971 and we'll sort everything out for you!

Oh no! We're sorry this has happened. Keep all packaging and take lots of photos, please.
